A high-end electronic component production base faces multiple challenges: the workshop needs to maintain a high-precision temperature and humidity environment of ±0.5℃/±3% RH throughout the year, and at the same time, it needs to filter out dust and chemical pollutants in the air to ensure product yield; traditional water system air conditioning has high energy consumption, complex maintenance, and cannot meet cleanliness requirements. In order to break through the bottleneck, the company introduced a condensing direct expansion dual-purpose cooling and heating purification air conditioning system to create a benchmark for green smart factories.
