Project Background:
A new energy workshop of a certain (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. has an area of about 400 square meters and is mainly engaged in the production of lithium battery materials. The high temperature environment poses a dual challenge to the stability of equipment and the efficiency of employees. The workshop originally had 2 mobile water air conditioners, but there were problems such as uneven air supply and limited coverage. Especially in the high temperature period in summer, the workshop temperature often reached above 38℃, resulting in a 15% increase in equipment failure rate and an increase in employee turnover rate. In order to achieve the dual goals of efficient cooling and energy saving and consumption reduction, the company introduced the Shuangfeng industrial energy-saving air conditioning system.
